Description of Rising Star: Rising Star is a beautiful cow out of one of Doreen Hickman's great producing cows. Her dam is in the mid-70's and her first three heifers are or will soon be over 70" ttt. Rising Star doesn't have the horn shape to get to 70" but her color and pedigree are outstanding. She combines two of the cornerstone families of the Hickman herd, with Super Jackie on the bottom and the tremendous Creole Dixie Lee on top. Creole is one of the best cows in the breed. We originally bought Rising Star as a heifer, then sold her to Rusty and Connie Williamson. We bought her back when they dispersed their herd and are excited to own her again. We feel she is one of the prettiest colored cows in the breed! Thank you Rick!
