Description of ECR Empressaria: Empressaria is one of the most exciting additions we have ever made to our herd. We have gone to visit our friends at El Coyote Ranch almost every year since 2013. Empressaria has consistently been a favorite of ours. She doesn't have as much horn as some of their others, but she is just beautiful. She has a great horn shape, a beautiful face, flashy color, and a terrific body. She is also a great dam. She raises a fat calf every year. Not only is she amazing in her own right, but her parents are two absolute legends of the breed. Tari Graves is the most influential cow in the modern El Coyote herd, and arguably the most influential cow in the breed in the last 15 years. Her sire Emperor was one of, if not the, most popular bulls when we started raising longhorns in the mid-90's. His dam and two granddams were the three most influential cows in the breed at the time. He produced big framed calves with a lot of horn for their time. Empressaria is just a very special cow, and we are very excited too about her Avenger ECR heifer calf RO Tuff Coyote. These two will definitely fit in to our "pretty and productive" herd!
