Rocking O Ranch - News: Lots Of Flair purchase

Lots Of Flair has been on our radar since we first saw pictures of him as a yearling bull. His industry leading color and size, and the fact that his sire is a prolific horn producer, make him one of the most unique and exciting young bulls in the breed. We made a trip to Dickinson Cattle Company in Ohio in June of 2016 to see Lots Of Flair and their other herd sires. On that trip, we learned that Lots Of Flair's dam Shot Of Victory has the second best average weaning weight of the 100 or so Dickinson cows with at least five calves. We also were able to see a lot of beautiful Lots Of Flair calves on the ground. We were convinced on this visit that Lots Of Flair is an elite bull for producing the "pretty and productive" females we are aiming to raise at Rocking O Longhorns. The Dickinsons also appreciated these qualities and were not interested in selling Lots Of Flair. After a little back and forth, we were able to purchase this great bull who will make his debut at Rocking O Longhorns in September of 2016 after completing his last summer breeding season in Ohio.
