The Rods took all three of these heifers to the 2008 Heritage Longhorn Show at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and all three qualified for the 2008 TLBAA World Show! Nightfall won her class, both in the youth show and the open show. We would like to congratulate Gregory Rod on Nightfall's wins, as he earned his first two beltbuckles. Rum Runner placed second in her class behind Nightfall. CO Lacey also placed second in her class. The Rods told us she was easily the biggest heifer in her class and they are hoping she will do very well as she continues to fill out her large frame. We are very excited that these heifers did so well and are looking forward to seeing them compete more this spring and eventually in the World Show.
